With less than two weeks to go, I figured it would be a good time to go over what we have so far!
To start off, I have finally finished up the bleachers and towers for the terrain board. They aren't anything special, but its all the effort I plan on putting in for this year. I did have some fun setting my own guys up on my board piece. But why talk when I can show!
I know the music is a little korny, but I was havin fun playin around with editing some video clips with sound. As you can see I think 1k of orks fills out a section fairly well. I do think they look very lonely out there without any other armies to keep them company. Next up I have some still shots of the board.

The tree forty thing on the left is for Presto's Storm boyz, as we figured they would look silly sitting on the ground with everyone else.
Over all I'm really happy with how the base display turned out. The plan right now is for Presto to take the display on the far right with the Vultures nest, the other two haven't been divvied up yet. This will probably be the last post before Adepticon, mostly because I just don't have anything more to report till then :P It should be a blast!
So, lets hear what ya think of the board, and what is everyones hopes and dreams for this years Adepticon.
I've been getting really pumped for the new Legions Codex, and if you guys remember a few years ago they had a pre release copy of the Imperial Guard codex, I hope they do something similar this year for Chaos!

ReplyDeleteThe board and the army were absolutely phenomenal and we had a blast getting our "teef" kicked in by you. I know Bray'arth will miss the stench of crispy fungus and bike fuel ;) They are the perfect compliment to his sweet "milk shake".
